Darin Bennigsdorf

Darin is an assistant managing director, special servicing at Principal Real Estate Investors, the dedicated real estate group of Principal Global Investors. He is responsible for managing clients' problem commercial real estate loans including bankruptcies, foreclosures, restructures, note sales, watch list monitoring, special portfolio risk assessment projects, etc. He also serves as the liason between Principal Real Estate Investors and other industry special servicers. Darin joined the firm in 1988. He received an MBA from Drake University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Iowa State University.
