David Boswell

Mr. Boswell serves as Vice President of Special Servicing and Transactions with KeyBank Real Estate Capital and has over 20 years of experience in commercial banking, non-performing commercial real estate loan recovery, commercial real estate post-closing loan transaction requests and CMBS Special Servicing. He joined KeyBank in 2008 and his current responsibilities include managing a team of CMBS Special Servicing Asset Managers and a team of CMBS Loan Transaction Underwriters (assumptions, transfers of interests, partial releases, etc.).

Prior to joining KeyBank, Mr. Boswell served two years as Senior Vice President of Transactions with Centerline Servicing Inc. (f.k.a. ARCap Servicing Inc.; n.k.a. C-III Asset Management) in Irving, TX. He managed a team of Transaction Underwriters that analyzed Borrower requests from several different product lines, including CMBS, Agency, CDO, LIHTC and private label warehousing. He also managed an Affordable Housing Bond team that performed stabilization analysis and other requests from Partners/Developers and performed conversion analysis for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac forward loan commitments. Prior to joining Centerline, he held a similar CMBS Transactions Manager position at ORIX Capital Markets LLC in Dallas.

From 1993-1998 Mr. Boswell held the position of Asset Manager responsible for special servicing of RTC and CMBS portfolios at ORIX Capital Markets, LLC (f/k/a Banc One Mortgage Capital Markets, LLC and Banc One Management and Consulting Company, a private sector contractor to the Resolution Trust Corporation under a Standard Asset Management and Disposition Agreement (SAMDA)). During his tenure at ORIX, Mr. Boswell was responsible for over 200 resolutions of non-performing commercial real estate loans with a book value in excess of $100 million.

Ms. Boswell holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
