John Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson works with teams of work-out specialists managing challenged lending relationships with loans secured by commercial properties and residential properties as well as land throughout the U.S.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo’s REMAG in early 2008, Mr. Ferguson was a member of Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Group working with a team of relationship managers that originated and managed commercial/residential construction and bridge loans, as well as corporate debt facilities to some of the institutional real estate investors in the US.  Mr. Ferguson began his tenure with Wells Fargo in 1991 as a staff commercial property appraiser.
