Michael O'Hanlon

Michael O’Hanlon serves as Senior Vice President of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC’s Asset Management/Special Servicing Department. Mr. O’Hanlon has over 25 years of service in commercial and real estate banking, non-performing mortgage loan recovery and CMBS Special Servicing.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Mr. O’Hanlon spent nine years at Lend Lease Asset Management and serviced as a Principal and Director of the Special Servicing Loan Department. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Mr. O’Hanlon served four years at JE Robert Company and five years at NCNB Texas National Bank. Mr. O’Hanlon is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and is a frequent speaker for the CMSA and MBA trade organizations.
