Peter Ziblatt

Peter F. Ziblatt's twenty year real estate career has encompassed government, real estate law, private sector development and banking.
Peter's real estate career began as a loan officer and asset manager for first time homebuyers and multi-family tax credit assets for the State of California's Department of Housing and Community Development. Peter practiced Real Estate and Land Use law in the San Francisco office of the national law firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton where he represented real estate clients in land use development, natural resources/environmental real estate matters and commercial real estate transactions. After Sheppard Mullin, Peter spent six years at Braddock and Logan, a San Francisco Bay Area-based private real estate development group, where he acquired and/or entitled over 1000 residential units across the Bay Area, specializing in complex entitlement matters. In 2008, Peter joined Wells Fargo Bank's Real Estate Managed Assets Group in the Commercial Owned Real Estate group as a Vice President and manager of a team of Senior Asset Managers who oversee the foreclosure acquisition, asset management and disposition of Bank-Owned Commercial Real Estate assets throughout the United States and across all commercial real estate asset classes.
Peter earned a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from California State University Sacramento and a J.D. from the University of Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and is a member of the California Bar.
