Renee Lewis

Renee Lewis, Managing Director, has been associated with Hudson Realty Capital LLC since its inception in 2003 and joined the firm as a principal in March 2006. Ms. Lewis spearheads the Portfolio Investment Department where she oversees the bidding, acquisition, management and disposition of loan portfolios purchased by Hudson. Ms. Lewis is a member of Hudson's management committee, working with the firm's principals to determine the company's strategic direction. She previously served as the head of the Due Diligence and Asset Management departments, overseeing strategy and execution for the firm's portfolio valued at more than $2.5 billion.

Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Lewis was the founder and president of Questor. She spearheaded due diligence and underwriting services for more than $30 billion in non-performing and performing real estate loans on behalf of institutional investors. In addition, Questor provided adjunct asset management services for FDIC loan contracts as well as real estate consulting services to organizations including HUD, GSA and U.S. Army.

A graduate of Duke University with a B.A. degree, Ms. Lewis is an acknowledged industry leader recognized for her due diligence, underwriting, and analytical expertise. She was named among the 2011 "Women of Influence" by Real Estate Forum.
