Toni Meyer Walker

Ms. Walker has been a professional in the Commercial Real Estate Finance industry for over 25 years specializing in Special Assets and the resolution of under performing loans and real estate. She joined CWCapital ("CW") in 2011 and is responsible for the collaboration with third party clients in an advisory capacity to develop customized solutions that may include systems and technology or the range of products and services to assist in asset resolution.

Prior to joining CW, Ms. Walker was with TriMont Real Estate Advisors and was responsible for a team of asset management professionals working with institutional clients, many of which were European based with investment positions situated throughout the U.S.

Previous positions include the management and oversight of the Commercial Division of Ocwen Financial Corporation with offices in West Palm Beach and Bangalore, India. Ms. Walker was also affiliated with Real Estate Recovery and the RER Financial Group, a SAMDA contractor for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), and worked with the RTC Receivership Division assigned to institutions in Florida.
